About Us
The members of the firm’s Plaintiff’s practice,
Gary Blasingame, Henry Garrard, III, Drew Hill, Josh Wages and Ben
Byrd, focus their practice on representing individuals and
businesses in civil lawsuits and trials.
We represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries
and families who have lost loved ones as the result of negligent or
intentional conduct on the part of individuals, professionals and
corporations. Over the
years, a significant part of our work has been the representation of
patients who have suffered injury as a result of medical
malpractice, and persons who have been hurt by defective products.
The nature of the work undertaken by the
attorneys in our department often pits us against well-organized,
well-funded opponents represented by some of the largest state and
national law firms. Our
firm’s size, resources and experienced personnel allow us to handle
complex, time-consuming and expensive lawsuits, and to level the
playing field to the end of achieving justice for our clients.
We handle all phases of trial work in both
state and federal courts, from pre-trial investigation and
settlement negotiation to the courtroom and post-trial appeals.
